Madison, Wisconsin

At 16 acres, Olbrich Botanical Gardens may not be Wisconsin's largest public garden, but it is certainly one of the most
impressive. What makes it such are a variety of different gardens, as well as the Thai Pavilion and Bolz Conservatory.

The entire park area, which contains the gardens, was first proposed in 1916 by Madison lawyer Michael Olbrich, with the
gardens being established in 1952.

If you like these photos, be sure to check out the excellent photos by Tom Germanson. He has assembled an entire album
which can be found here.
